Business Consultant ? Vancouver, BC - The Personnel Department

Role

To provide project based business-consulting services to The Personnel Department?s (TPD) client base and collaborate on internal TPD capability development.

Objectives

  1. Works with clients to meet agreed upon project performance expectations
  2. Supports the analysis, planning, delivery and evaluation of any and all projects
  3. Communicates and collaborates with team and project leaders to deliver the best solution for the projects
  4. Monitors the market trends to develop products and improve existing products and services
  5. Contributes to ongoing knowledge development, process, and policy improvement within TPD

Job Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Project Management
  • Industry specific experience
  • HR domain knowledge
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of computer operations and programs
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Experience in documentation of business requirements, analysis, and function
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Capable of building strong client relationships

Job Requirements

  • Average minimum 2 years related experience
  • Preferred education: Bachelor?s degree or a similar Diploma with a mix of working experience
  • Bilingual in the two official languages of Canada
