Hawaii Business Magazine has an excellent article on how the GE Tax increase on contractors is raising costs, hurting businesses and encouraging cheating in the construction industry. The law was a huge concern when passed and the full negative effects of it are coming to fruition. Any Hawaiian politician who supported the act should be thrown out in the streets.?
