The judge has ruled in Kate Middleton's favor in the first part of the lawsuit concerning the topless photo scandal.
According to the robed law king, the photos may not be published again in France. And Closer must give the originals to Kate and Prince William.
As a St. James?s Palace spokesperson said, "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcome the judge?s ruling."
Of course, this is only Battle One. Since the ruling can only apply in France, Kate and Willz will have to go further to make sure the same can be said for other countries.
We're rooting for you, Duchess!!
